Since the mid 60's I have been involved in Hot Rods, Muscle Cars and Land Speed Racing. Over 25 years ago I found the thing that really hit home ---- the grassroots of Hot Rodding.

Specializing in flathead Fords, I started rebuilding Stromberg and Holley carburetors. While doing so I came up with a few new products including extended shaft mixture screws, choke and accelerator screws and, with the help of Guru Jere Jobe, the finest jet wrench available anywhere.All products are made in the USA ( a new concept ) using only the best materials and workmanship. I guarantee every item purchased.

Our Founder my Father, Harry was retired and looking for something to do with his time, as a kid he rebuilt carburetors for all his pals with their bangers, A - V8's, etc. My pal bought a stock '40 Coupe that needed the carburetor done. I asked him to let my Dad go through it as he knew early carburetorss and could help. That's all it took. Soon Harry was buried with work and was as happy as that kid in the '30's and '40's. He taught me how to do the carburetors as well, and soon we were helping people all over the world. Harry passed away a few years ago and is missed by many. His knowledge and integrity is alive and well at Muroc Carburetor and Equipment.
